Mr. Toraño is the Non-Executive Chairman and Principal for Prescient, Inc. Mr. Toraño provides strategic and operational direction throughout every facet of the organization. Prior to his role as NEC, Mr. Toraño served as Senior Vice President for METEC Asset Management, LLC and Managing Director for National Home Management Solutions, both Prime Contractors for government entities such as FDIC, HUD, GSA and RTC. Mr. Toraño’s 20+ years of experience overseeing real estate related government contracts is an invaluable resource and serves as the foundation for his mentorship to the CEO and Executive members.

Eric Toraño

Chief Executive Officer & Owner

Mr. Toraño is the Chief Executive Officer and Principal of Prescient, Inc. Mr. Toraño provides strategic and financial direction throughout every facet of the organization. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Mr. Toraño served as the CFO for Prescient. Mr. Toraño came to Prescient with a wealth of experience managing government contracts in his role as CEO for METEC Asset Management, LLC and National Home Management Solutions, both Prime Contractors for government entities such as DCAA, USMS, NOAA, NASA, DOT, FDOT, US Department of Energy, GSA and RTC. Mr. Toraño provides Prescient with exceptional hands on leadership experience in regulatory and financial matters, operations and contract management.

Richard Hernandez

Principal

Mr. Hernandez is a Principal of Prescient, Inc. Mr. Hernandez brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Prescient through his previous endeavors serving as Deputy Assistant to President Jimmy Carter, Counselor to Vice President Albert Gore’s National Performance Review (NPR), Counselor to the Administrator for the SBA, and Deputy Director for the Department of Administration for the State of Arizona. Mr. Hernandez’s experience in the government sector has guided Prescient in ensuring full contract compliance to better serve our clients.

Sam Igal

President

Mr. Igal is the President of Prescient, Inc. Mr. Igal oversees the day-to-day operations of all Prescient public and private sector contracts. Prior to his role as President, Mr. Igal served in a variety of executive roles over the past 25 years providing financial and information technology services to government and private sector clients. Mr. Igal is an industry expert in real estate, finance, commercial banking, commercial loan servicing, mortgage backed securities and asset dispositions. Mr. Igal has worked with entities such as Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Ginnie Mae, FDIC/RTC, HUD, Import Export Bank, Bank of America and Credit Union National Association. Mr. Igal is an invaluable resource who has guided Prescient’s successful performance of multiple government and private sector contracts.

Emiliano De La Fuente

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. De La Fuente is the Chief Financial Officer for Prescient, Inc. Mr. De La Fuente is responsible for overseeing all accounting, banking and financial related matters for Prescient. Prior to Mr. De La Fuente’s appointment as Prescient’s CFO, he served as CFO for several prominent real estate developers and mortgage lenders in South Florida. Mr. De La Fuente offers over 40 years of accounting supervisory experience in both private and government sectors as a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the AICPA and FICPA. Mr. De La Fuente is an integral part of Prescient’s executive team.
